The Associated Press reports Baltimore Ravens QB Troy Smith made his first NFL start in Week 16, but the Ravens lost 27-6 to the Seattle Seahawks. Smith was 16-for-33 for 199 yards with one touchdown during the game. He also had six carries for 25 yards. The defeat extended the teams losing streak to a franchise-record nine games.
