Unrestricted free-agent RB Brian Westbrook (Eagles) has been working out for several weeks at Athletic Dominance in Maryland, according to NFL Network. "This is the first time he's been able to really work out fully and not feel (his previous injuries)," Minnesota Vikings TE Visanthe Shiancoe said. "This is the first time where he's not being bothered and he's able to explode and really work out and prepare. He looks really, really fluid out there." Westbrook indicated that he would have "no problem" playing for the Vikings this year.

Sheil Kapadia, of Philly.com, reports Philadelphia Eagles RB Brian Westbrook said during a television interview that he has no plans of retiring this offseason. "My goal is to get back out there and play football again. That's what I'm gonna train this offseason to do. That's what I'm gonna put everything that I can into be able to do next year, is to go out there and play football at a high level. That's my goal and that's what I'm planning on doing," Westbrook said. Westbrook said he is not sure if he will be with the Eagles next season.
