Updating a previous report, Frank Hughes, of the Tacoma News Tribune, reports the three-year extension Seattle Seahawks QB Seneca Wallace signed is reportedly worth $5.4 million. The deal is also believed to take effect after the 2007 season.

The Seattle Times reports that free agent QB David Carr has left Carolina without a contract and is coming to visit the Seahawks for two days. Carr would compete for the backup QB job behind Matt Hasselbeck with Seneca Wallace if he signs with the 'Hawks.

Seahawks QB Seneca Wallace was 19-of-31 passing for 252 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions against the 49ers. Wallace also had two carries for 21 yards. It was probably Wallace's last start with Matt Hasselbeck set to return next week.
