Bears reserve WR Mark Bradley made strides from a torn ACL injury in '05, catching 14 passes for 282 yards and three touchdowns in 10 games. Six of his 14 catches went for 20 or more yards, proving that he's still got what it takes to be a deep threat.

Bears reserve WR Justin Gage had four catches for 68 yards in 2006, losing playing time to the likes of Bernard Berrian, Rashied Davis and Mark Bradley. The former Mizzou standout was inactive for much of the second half of the season. Gage is scheduled to be an unrestricted free agent this offseason.

Bears backup QB Brian Griese saw most of his action in the last two weeks of the season in what were meaningless games for the team. He completed 18-of-32 passes for 220 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions. The TD was a 75-yard bomb to Mark Bradley. Fans and media wanted to see Griese play when starter Rex Grossman faltered, but coach Lovie Smith never made the switch.
