"There were a lot of things that I felt like should have been handled differently," said Smith. Geoff Mosher, of The News Journal, reports Philadelphia Eagles TE L.J. Smith believes the Eagles, who scored the sixth-fewest touchdowns in the NFC and ranked 24th overall in touchdown efficiency, can fix its offensive problems. "The red zone is chemistry," he said. "Just like with anything else. You just have to have confidence." Smith also doesn’t believe the team needs a big-time receiver to improve the offense. "Hey, people [will say], 'Well, let's get another big-time receiver in here.' That doesn't always have to do with it," Smith said. "You don't need a big-time receiver. People just have to stay healthy and guys just have to know what they're doing and make plays consistently."
