Reid Spencer, of the Sporting News, reports New England Patriots WR Randy Moss announced Tuesday, April 29, his plans to field a Moss Motorsports team in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. The team's driver, manufacturer and sponsors have yet to be determined. Moss wants to make his debut as an owner later this season and run the full season in 2009.
