Scott Reynolds, of PewterReport.com, reports the Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed free-agent TE John Gilmore (Bears) to a three-year deal Saturday, March 1. Gilmore will receive a $1 million signing bonus, will be paid a base salary of $750,000 and have a cap value of $1,083,333 in 2008. His base salary rises to $1 million in 2009 and $1.25 million in 2010.
