Browns QB Charlie Frye has been listed as questionable on the team's injury report and third-stringer Ken Dorsey is preparing to start, but coach Romeo Crennel said Friday that Frye's wrist is improving. He didn't rule out Frye playing. "If I like what I see, I think maybe there is a chance," Crennel said. "He has discomfort in his wrist, but he's a competitor and he's worked through some things in his career. I think he's anxious to see what he can do."

Browns coach Romeo Crennel said Wednesday that QB Derek Anderson was placed on Injured Reserve with a separated shoulder. He'll be out for the team's Week 17 game at Houston. Ken Dorsey will start.

Browns coach Romeo Crennel said Tuesday that third-string quarterback Ken Dorsey would start for the team at Houston in Week 17. Charlie Frye still has the bruised (or is that fractured?) wrist and Derek Anderson suffered a separated shoulder; neither passer will play in the season finale. Dorsey will likely be backed up by Lang Campbell, who has never taken an NFL snap.
