I'm going to dangle Daniel Murphy, Josh Donaldson and JA Happ. Looking for SS, OF or SP.

I'm also open to moving up in the 1st round of the draft.

What is the roster of the team that needs to be replaced? I think I might have someone.

After years of rebuilding, I'm looking to inch closer to contention. Could move bats like Souza, Walker, Panik, Duda and Joc Pederson for an offensive upgrade.

I gave a dude from work Jakes email. Not sure if he sent anything to him. It was like a week ago. At any rare, I'm ready for next season already.

Still looking to move Josh Donaldson. Anyone looking for a 3B make an offer. I don't need a 3B in return as I have a few options at that position. Primarily looking for a stud SS or decent OF or SP.

I am willing to trade away the contraction draft pick for a team in contention. I am looking for a good handful of top picks, prospects, and younger players. I also do not wish to trade out of the draft but rather trade down. Consider when making the offer that I have to drop players eventually and therefore your players have to be better than the ones I have.

I might be open to moving down a couple spots from No. 4 in the contraction draft. (Unless I could move up. Sent you a PM, Adam.) I'd probably wouldn't go any lower than 8 or 9.

I'm not looking to trade my first for the prospect draft, but I do have five 2nds. I am either looking to move up or get starting pitching.

Agreed and thanks for all of you that sent your offers along. There were some strong and solid options available but rather than continue to slow the start of the contraction draft I opted to take this final offer from Jake.

Not sure if anyone has seen this article yet from Yahoo regarding how they have chosen to handle Ohtani's status in fantasy baseball next season, so wanted to bring it to everyone's attention.

Since Ohtani will no doubt be the first pick in the forthcoming prospect draft, how should the league handle Yahoo's decision to have two separate Ohtani's in the player pool?

To me, I think whoever drafts him should acquire the rights to both versions of the player to use as they see fit. The trade off, of course, is that will cost the team in question two roster spots, but that seems like the better option when compared to the alternative.

I think it's dumb that Ohtani is going to be treated like two different players for fantasy, but I agree with the two roster spot thing.

I ha e a feeling Yahoo will have to do something to merge the Ohtanis eventually as most of the other platforms have figured a way to do so and to penalize a team for drafting a two-way player seems counterintuitive. It especially creates problems in keeper and dynasty leagues as two roster spots have to be used.

Since I have the first pick, I get the fun responsibility of figuring out how to deal with this.

I see the argument for the other side, though. It'll be like the Ohtani drafter getting two firsts.

IMO we should just keep them as two separate players. I think it's highly unlikely that he'll be used as both a hitter and pitcher equally. One Ohtani will have a great deal more value than the other.
