Any Blue Jays fans? Probably not. With Carlos Delgado leaving, do you guys think Alexis Rios may jump into the 3 or 4 slot? Ive got him as a sleeper in fantasy this year.

as you can tell by my Name im a rios fan. I think hed evntually be better in the lead off or number 2 spot for getting on base depending on how well he developes his power. and leave Wells, Koskie,Hillenbrand, Hinske on the number 3 4 5 6 spots

He will definitely bounce back and I think Rios is a number 2 hitter dont forget about Vernon, Koskie, Hillenbrand The Cat and Johnson. I think they have a solid top 5. Any views?

I'm not crazy about Koskie. You better hope Vernon Wells comes through. Last year he was horrible.

I still think this team will finish dead last in the standings of their divison. The Devil Rays improve each year and have a good young team. Baltimore wont do much better then the Blue Jays, but good enough to finish out of last. And of course the Yanks and Red Sox will have the number 1 and 2 spot

I dont think the oriols will finish ahead of the jays basically becuz Halladay was out and the whole team just had an off season from Delgado-cat-Wells-Halladay-Hinske and on and on.

yea rays are young and decent. O's have great bats and there pitcing isnt the worst.

they got rodrigo lopez who came out of the bullpen and did great. and cabrera a young nice talen. both sliped off a little near the end but there good. ponson should have a better start than like 0-8. and our reliver bj ryan is great. julio has a rocket arm if we keep him.

I just don't see the Bluejays doing anything at all. What do they have going for them? They lost there best player. Vernon Wells is their best now, and he's over rated. Roy Halladay is a big question mark.

They should abandon their current team and try starting over, or at least do something next year with the free agent market that isnt losing players in it

didnt wells lead the league in like hits, double the other year and have 33 homers and 117 rbi's? ive always liked him better then delgado. Hed either hit a useless homer or strike out in clutch

Any jays fans here at all? just like to say we seem to be doing pretty decent in the spring training which is positive going into the season atleast I hope we an get a good start. Im really relying on Hinske,Wells,Hudson and Rios to carry the team this year and everyone else to add icing to our cake. we'll be running a lot so maybe we'll be fun to watch a lil more

Hey Rios, I'm a Jays fan and I'm still sad about John Cerutti. He was my favourite Jays commentator. Sad

Hey jays are not a bad team. They have Halladay who I dont think will ever be that good ever again unless he switches teams but will still be decently productive. I think Rios would be a good leadoff man and I love Vernon Wells. He has the potential to be a .300-30-100-30 hitter.

why do you say that about Halladay though? hes had 3 cy young horse type years.

I agree about Wells I think Rios is good but Gross seems to have more power and can pull the ball harder right now to go along with some great defence and a good arm but Rios has the edge on defence still and speed, and they are platooning RF but I think they will work there way to being the jays outfielders setting it up to be Gross-Wells-Rios

Wow, those Blue Jays are really giving the Yankees a run for their money, all of their money. Game is tied 6-6 and Shea Hillenbrand has gone 3-4 to raise his average to .404. Hudson left the game because of an eye injury, but his replacement already has 3 RBIs (sorry Anthony) and is 1-2

Wow Rios is starting to show some power. He will be the next 5 tool type player for the jays. That was a nice bomb he had in cleveland last game to go with his opposite field shot..and its good to see Wells finally getting some hits...Hinske is pretty streaky but much better SO FAR this year...I hope he gets better though hes very up and down

Rios hit another homer yesterday. The new hitting coach has really helped develop some power. He always had it but the mechanics of his swing weren't good.

I mean there's not much hope for the devil rays and the blue jays, in a division with the Yankees, the Red Sox, and The Orioles
