Wow what happened to Clement? Hes been solid all year and now this. Shocked Johnny Damon has the lone run for the Red Sox as a solo homer, helps for my fantasy team Applause

it is just one night, but Clement doesn't do anything half-@$$. When he wins a game, he wins it. And when he loses it, he makes sure its a loss to remember. LOL. Only the 4th time he has given up more than 3 runs in a game, 1 was a 5 run game, 2 were a 7 run game, and now this 8 run game.

hey hearing you all talk about a FPM League is there a Vacant spot where a manager dropped out and you need someone to fill in for them? I would be more than happy to manage that team if there is a sopt.

Somehow I feel left out when you all mention the FPM league. Let me know.

And Clement was the strongest link most recently for the Sox, I even didn't play some of my Blue Jays against him. Although Lilly is improving, his ERA was in the 7's and is now 5.89...

way to go jays. back into 3rd i wanna be 1st or 2nd by the break. We have a lot of young talent but were a cleanup hitter and number 2 hitter away from really making noise. But the better we do the more likley we pick some players up with our big budget increase

The Jays are holding strong and I would love to see them finish third. Behind the Sox and O's of course. Just think if they were in the NL they might be one of the better teams.

Do you mean the FBB league? Don't think there are any managers not playing... sorry.

You can always join the FPM Fantasy Football league Kyle is making.

Batista, who has blown four of his last eight save chances, will remain as the closer for the remainder of the season. "He's a big part of our team," manager John Gibbons said. "We win together, we lose together. Yes, he's still the closer."

but if there were to take batista out, it would be Frasor or Speier's closing for the Jays

My team so I should add something to this thread. There is a lot of speculation that Troy Glaus will be the Jays everyday 3rd baseman. I think that this is highly unlikely. Shea is a far better defensive player then Glaus. Plus the Jays are gonna want to protect their investment and keep Glaus healthy. I strongly believe that Glaus will be kept to mostly DH duties myself.

I agree, especially with his injury history.

I agree also... I watched him last year and he was pretty bad on defense. I think the DH is where he should be. You guys need to keep him healthy so he can get you the 40 home runs that he probably will but if he's fielding he will probably hurt his knee again.

In other Jays news. Apparently Eric Hinske has been told by coach John Gibbins that if he would like to pick up a bat at all this season then he had better learn to play Right Field. Looks like a 3 man platoon in RF with Johnson, Frank The Cat and Hinske.
