All four road teams won on Wednesday.

The Penguins got shut out in Dallas last night. The Avs blew a 4-1 third period lead against the Wild. Zach Parise had a hat trick. Jack Eichel scored in his NHL debut.

The Sharks looked like garbage on their four game road trip, save the Caps game. They looked god awful against the Islanders and Rangers.

Columbus has been a dumpster fire. Fired Richards and brought in Tortorella. That should help.... or not.

Columbus has started to turn things around.
Edmonton and Carolina have opposite problems - one has a great offense and no D, the other doesn't know how to score but limits teams to less than 25 shots.
All the hype around Tampa Bay and the Islanders hasn't turned either into the powerhouse that we expected.
Winnipeg, Minnesota, Calgary and Anaheim are all having rough starts still allowing for some interesting teams to be in the early hunt like Arizona, San Jose and Vancouver.

It's crazy thinking we're already over a quarter of the way through the season.

Nashville forgot how to score all of the sudden. I thought Laviolette was an offensive coach. And it's not like they have scrubs on offense.
