Too bad they didn't trade Noah. I'll be a happy Bulls fan when that guy is off of their roster.

Bosh would be a terrific replacement.

By the way, just to clarify it was 8 active players, Hunter saw 1:07 last night.

Well, yeah, he'd be awesome. But what are the chances of that happening?

Knowing the way the Bulls' front office has conducted trades in the past, even if they did somehow get him, I'm sure they'd manage to trade him off immediately for nothing; kind of like they did with Brad Miller (the first time around) and Elton Brand. Where are Brian Skinner, Tyson Chandler, Jalen Rose, Norman Richardson and Travis Best now? d'oh!

That said, I will admit I do like the deal for the Bulls. I'm familiar with what Jerome James brings to the table as I watched him come out when he was in Seattle--which is a solid backup big man. If Miller is healthy, despite being a bit old, he does provide a much needed presence down low. I'm not too familiar with Salmons, but from what I've read, there's a lot of untapped potential there.

I suppose this can be classified as Bulls news. Apparently the Bulls logo, when turned upside down, can be seen as a robot reading a book on a bench.
