I am the commissioner of a basketball league where the following 7-for-5 trade occurred:

Team 1 (gets): Duncan, Granger, Joe Johnson, D. Rose, and Mayo
Team 2 (gets): Aldridge, Harrington, Bibby, Thaddeus Young, J. Green, Ben Gordon, M. Daniels

NOTE: Team 2 is trading away his team's 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 7th round picks from the draft for another team's 8th, 10th, 13th, and 15th round picks (plus, 3 free agent pickups). Also, Team 2 said in a league post that he "will be making collusive trade agreements in an effort to help one lucky team." Obviously, this trade was a direct response to those comments.

Now, here comes the dilemma... The trade only got one vote against it and automatically went through last night (mostly due to the fact that the other owners are too lazy or have lost interest). However, the league rules clearly state that NO collusive trades will be allowed.

So, as commissioner, would I be over-stepping my authority in reversing the trade? or would reversing the trade be justified based on the facts above?

.... THANKS for any input here!!

That's a BS trade. I would definitely talk to the league about it and see about getting it reversed.
