Any of you see him pitch? I've been watching him kind of close lately. There are times that he seems unhittable, then at times (like today) he loses his command after giving up like one hit through 4 innings, and completely blows the game out his @ss. Now that Jon Lester is back, Gabbard is another man down on the totem pole in the Redsox rotation. What kind of pitcher can we expect him to be from here on out, and what will it take for him to stay in Boston once Matt Clement and Curt Schilling are back? |

The chances of Matt Clement returning this season are pretty much over. |

I expect that Gabbard will be in the bullpen and will be used for long relief. Keep an eye on him though because if Lester faulters or Schilling cant make it back he will continue to be in the rotation. |

I've been hearing Gabbard's name come up in trade rumors... in a deal for Dye and in a deal for Sanders & Dotel.
As for Clement, mark my words....HE WILL NEVER PITCH FOR THE RED SOX AGAIN!!!!! |
