It's now Week 24 and we have less than a month of the regular season left. Hopefully, this will help you as you make those playoff pushes in your leagues. We have two Injury Watch's to keep an eye this week. First, in the American League, where Orioles starter Daniel Cabrera is suffering from soreness in his forearm, while at the same time enduring his 6-game suspension for throwing at Alex Rodriguez. He's a risky play for Week 24, so keep an eye on his start this Saturday against Oakland. If he can get through without feeling any lingering pain in his forearm, he makes a decent option in AL-only leagues, as he's very inconsistent. He's.....
